Pippa’s HR career spans over 20 years, operating at the HR Director level for 12 years across international environments, specializing in C-suite and Executive engagement. She has worked across several industry sectors including Financial Services where she was the HR Director for the Liberty Mutual Group; and Life Sciences, where she was the HR Director UK & Ireland for Bristol Myers Squibb, as well as the legal sector and FS Governance. She set up her HR Consultancy in 2019 and has supported many smaller Biotechs in and around Cambridge, obtaining experience and a unique insight into the constantly evolving, innovative and fast-paced environments and cultures that this sector offers. Pippa has worked within highly complex HR environments and managed often challenging and sensitive situations her whole career. She specializes in helping organizations through significant change, such as scaling up, both organizationally and culturally. Pippa is an Occupational Psychologist and an experienced Executive Coach.
