Information

Fabsorbent™ F1P HF comprises F1P synthetic affinity ligand attached to Purabead® HF base matrix. Fabsorbent™ F1P HF is caustic stable and binds whole antibodies (IgG), Fab, scFv, and single domain antibody (dAb) fragments.

Key Features:

  • Binds Fab, Fab’, F(ab’)2, scFv, and dAb antibody fragments
  • For the bioseparation of antibody fragments produced by enzymic digestion of whole antibodies
  • Binds to Human antibody λ and κ light chains
