PE PuraBead® 6HF 6HF has multiple applications including: 1. binding pentraxin related proteins 2. the purification of DNA modifying proteins/enzymes (DNA polymerases, endonucleases, ligases and nucleases) and 3. the capture of protein kinases, tubulin etc. as a replacement for phospho-cellulose adsorbents.
