pDNAHERO® polish, a novel HIC adsorbent, offers an efficient orthogonal chromatography step for contaminant removal after AEX primary capture or post linearization.

The large binding surface area is highly accessible, providing consistent high binding capacity for pDNA at high flow rates. Performance is conserved as plasmid size increases, and delta pressure across the device remains low, avoiding pressure related sheer stress and loss of larger sequences.
