Product overview

MiMode™ PuraBead® CB1 is a mixed-mode cation-exchange resin engineered to provide flexible purification by combining cation exchange with hydrophobic and hydrogen-bonding interactions. MiMode™ PuraBead® CB1 extends beyond traditional ion exchangers to deliver enhanced impurity clearance and controlled elution behavior.

Built on the near-monodisperse PuraBead® matrix, MiMode™ PuraBead® CB1 offers high binding capacity, strong mechanical stability, and excellent flow properties. This resin is particularly valuable in early process development where target-dependent screening helps determine its suitability for capture or polishing applications.
